Well, I'm not sure they were completely honest with me about the cost of fixing my 2009 Mercury Milan. My car only had 81,000 miles with a V-6 engine and it shouldn't have cost the price you quoted me to about the cost of fixing my 2009 Mercury Milan. Dishonest, requested a breakdown of the high fees (4 times in person, once by email) and was told a lie about they were, repeatedly. He nervously explained that he was doing as instructed by his manager, Richard Dunkerson. Mr. Dunkerson apparently teaches he new salesmen how to mislead, and lie. More
