I had the easiest vehicle buying experience to date thanks to Josh James at Brinson Ford of Athens. He walked me through every step of the way, starting with ordering my truck direct from Ford, what the next steps were when it came in, payment, and then teaching me about all of the bells and whistles the truck had to offer when I picked it up. He even made himself available multiple times a few weeks after I made my purchase to answer further questions about things I didn't know about my new F250. Brinson Ford cannot repair my Ford Fiesta transmission because the cant get a "module" to repair the transmission that is UNDER WARRANTY. I am a 74 yr old lady on fixed income with no car.
