Lisa and Rich (I think) were great. Lisa helped me by explaining why the tailgate was not opening completely. I felt a little stupid, but Lisa assured me that it is common mistake. I had trouble with my left front tire. For convenience I took it to a local tire shop. After three tries to fix the tire they said I need all new tires. I had them put on the spare and came to Brilliance. P took it to a local tire shop. After three tries to fix the tire they said I need all new tires.
