After watching quite a few YouTube videos of Subaru's ability to handle snow and ice, it was time to give them a try. Upon arriving at Brilliance Subaru (located across from Sherman Hospital), I was greeted by Ed Troike. I expressed my concerns and desires for a new vehicle. He listened contently and did not push me in one direction or the next. It seemed that my concerns were his concerns within that moment. Ed was doing what very few sales reps do in this day and age; he was leveling with me, like a friend would. He arranged for me to take my vehicle out on some very dangerous roads (at my personal request) to test the Subaru's ability to handle any driving condition. Ed even jokingly bet me a dollar that I would come back satisfied with the Subaru's abilities. I was still skeptical. I took the vehicle out and was impressed! My roads to get home are very similar to the steep road in the YouTube video linked above and the Impreza handled them like a champ! It was a relief as I have lived in my area with the steep icy hills for a year and before purchasing this vehicle, I was unable to even get all the way home (I had to park and walk the rest of the way home). Needless to say, the vehicle is excellent. Brilliant even. Upon arriving back at the dealership, Ed greeted me with a big smile..."And how did it go?" He had a look of knowing in his eyes. Laughing, I said "I think I owe you a dollar". More

My salesperson, Ed Troike, impressed me with his knowledgeable and caring attitude, his follow up calls, and offers of help with any concerns or issues that I might have. Thanks to Ed and to Joe Gunther, Sales Manager, I was given a generous trade on my Hyundai. The Subaru Legacy is a first for me and I am very pleased with it. The service dept and Service Manager, Rich Dencs, were great in preparing my vehicle and installing a few extras that I wanted. Everyone I have met at the dealership has been freindly and helpful. I loved not being pressured to buy and I enjoyed the use of the video screen that highlights the features of the various models and of the Subaru cars in general. Keep up the good work!! More
Best Car Buying Experience and Excellent Staff! This is my first review ever and I don't usually do this but I also believe to give credit where credit is due. Compared to our previous experiences with other dealerships, at Brilliance Subaru they have excellent customer service and customer satisfaction is their #1 goal. Kudos to Brett Cassell who is very knowledgeable about the vehicle, went with us on a test drive and was very helpful in explaining the features during the drive. He also patiently sat down with us the first time we came in and made everything go smoothly and upfront. He processed a good deal and worked around to what is best for us. He was very welcoming that it made us feel relaxed and at home. When we left after our first meeting, we felt good about the whole deal, no headaches. Again, it was brief, smooth and upfront. And of course we now love our Subaru especially their safety feature -Eyesight. So, we suggest you check out Brilliance Subaru. I hope they maintain this so other people can have the same great experience as we did. More

The entire experience was very pleasant and I didn't have to spend the entire day there haggling like I have in the past at other dealerships. Financing also came in lower than expected as well. Best Subaru Dealership, hands down!! Can't say enough good things about Brilliance Subaru. I had been looking for a new Subaru Outback, which is in short supply in the area. Most dealerships gave me the "we can get you a car in the next 30-45 days" response. Brilliance not only had the best inventory, they also had the best prices!! With the other dealerships, it was a constant haggle over the price. Brilliance not only beat their prices, it wasn't like pulling teeth. Kevin Keefe, Jim Daluga and Ed Troike all made the process painless and enjoyable. Out of all the dealerships I talked to, Brilliance had (by far!) the best customer service, hands down. More
Best Car Buying Experience I came in this past Monday to test drive the Forester and potentially trade in my 2013 Impreza. I had purchased my Impreza brand new from another Suba I came in this past Monday to test drive the Forester and potentially trade in my 2013 Impreza. I had purchased my Impreza brand new from another Subaru dealer in the area and wasn't happy with the car buying experience I originally had with them. I came in and Phil got a Forester warmed up for me to test drive. After the test drive I knew I wanted to get the Forester and really no negotiations were even necessary because they gave me a better offer than the number I had actually come up with as a good price from all my research and pricing from other dealers. Brilliance actually offered the lowest pricing out of the 4 other Subaru dealers I was getting pricing from. They also gave me a good trade in on my old car which I was happy about. Phil was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all my questions and all the rest of the staff was very nice too. The dealership has a very laid back, relaxing feel which was great and I will definitely be taking my car here to get serviced as well. All in all, I was very please with my car buying experience and everyone here made it so easy. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and I would recommend Phil as well. He was a pleasure to work with and was a great guy. My uncle purchased a car from him when the dealership first opened a few weeks ago and recommended I work with him and I'm glad he did.
