Most salesman in the past basically give you an overview of the vehicle and then tell you to spend the time and read the book. Not Ed, I believe he wrote the book. Cindy made the process extremely easy. My past experiences with buying a car were not fun, but Cindy and the excellent staff at Brilliance made this a great experience. Cindy took us through all of the features of the car and even made sure that our cell phones were in sync with the bluetooth system in the car before we left.
