Great Experience I was in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek and even though not the closest Subaru dealer, wanted to check out the "new" dealer, Brilliance Subaru. Ja I was in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek and even though not the closest Subaru dealer, wanted to check out the "new" dealer, Brilliance Subaru. Jay greeted us in the lot and walked us over to the one remaining Crosstrek - they're hot right now and sell almost instantly. My wife and I liked Jay's low-pressure demeanor, and we really liked the ambiance at Brilliance. Of course everything is clean, it's a new dealership, but we could tell by the way the staff treated their customers and facilities that this was the place for us to buy our car. Throughout the process we felt comfortable, and did not feel pressured at any time. Best of all, when we drove off the lot we didn't have any buyers remorse, and felt we made the right purchase at the right place. We went back for a protection package to be added and liked the maintenance staff. Our loaner was a new Legacy, which was a joy to drive. Thanks Brilliance, and thanks Jay Turner! More

This is my first Subaru and by far was the most pleasant experience that I have every had. Our sales person "Ed the Subaru Guy" was very thorough, attentive and most of all knowledgeable. Most salesman in the past basically give you an overview of the vehicle and then tell you to spend the time and read the book. Not Ed, I believe he wrote the book. Subaru; you better keep this guy because he's a gem. You could have the best product out there but what it comes down to is people. Thank You Ed and thank you Subaru. More
