We researched the trucks we were interested in and contacted Ed to make sure the vehicles w We came to Brillance Subaru and had an awesome experience. We researched the trucks we were interested in and contacted Ed to make sure the vehicles were still available. By the time we got there from Harvard, IL Ed had the trucks ready for a test drive. After the first test drive Ed had the office working on out trade ins while we finished the test drives. Once we were done Ed had to turn us over to Keith the finish up the deal. We told Keith what we were looking for in price and he left for a moment, came back and had a deal written up exceeding our expectations and we had a deal! The experience was extremely professional and efficient while still being friendly and personable. We went to other dealers prior to Brillance and were disappointed and walked out of the dealers without a deal. It was wonderful to deal with such great professionals as Ed and Keith.
