Sold us a car they didn't have. These guys were so consumed with closing the sale at sticker price they sold us a car they didn't have without ever mentioning that fact. When asked what we were supposed to drive for the estimated 2 weeks we would be without a car? It was suggested to us that we should go rent a car. Mind you they acted like the car was there. Then they told us it would be a day or two. Then it was a week to ten days. Then a couple weeks or so. We asked for our deposit back and bought the car we wanted at another Subaru dealer the same day. Brilliance said the car my wife wanted to buy was not available locally to trade for. We went and bought it 16 miles away and WAY cheaper. Brilliance wouldn't budge from sticker price! More
