We came in knowing the price range we wanted to spend due to info on the computer and when he came back with the offer it was what we wanted so we said okay. My first call to Service was handled by Derek, I explained I had received a Recall Notice regard my CrossTrek valve spring replacement, he ordered the My first call to Service was handled by Derek, I explained I had received a Recall Notice regard my CrossTrek valve spring replacement, he ordered the repair parts and advised he'd call to set up an appointment to do the work. I received the call later that week, set the appointment and was told at that time a Rental Car would be provided at no charge since the repairs would take a day to complete. When I arrived for the appointment I was greeted by Adam who processed the paperwork, arranged for the loaner, explained it's operation and told me he'd call when my car was ready. I received the call the next day and went in to retrieve the vehicle. I don't know the mechanics name who did the work, but he should be commended as well, the automobile runs and performs like new. I do appreciate the staff at Brillance in Elgin. They made this transaction flow, and got the work done in very good time! More
