No Tricks, No Tomfoolery, No Problems! !! Went in for a test drive and was pleasantly surprised that Brillance Subaru did have inventory of similarly equipped models to test drive. Othe !! Other dealerships only had used vehicles with limited options available to test drive IF they had any similar vehicles at all! Salesman Dan Pagnotta provided us a clear, concise, out-the-door price from the get-go and that's what was honored. Although paying full MSRP for a vehicle was a bit painful, it is an unfortunate sign of the times...BUT...the Dealership did not tack on additional market adjustments, mandatory add-ons, etc. to the purchase price as every other dealership we visited desired to do. I feel we got a decent price for our trade-in. The Finance Dept was also... dare I say....a pleasant experience. Of course we were offered warranties, etc. but there wasn't any high pressure sales tactics to add these items. More
