brilliance experience Buying our 1st new Honda here was a easy experience. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Our problem didn't surface until I brought the car back for 1st oil change that I was told we would have free oil changes for the first 7 years based on the extra warrantee package I purchased. The warrantee writer even followed us to the front door and reminded us to bring the car back for free oil changes no matter how many miles on the car every 6 or 7 months. My fault I guess for not reading the policy that I bought for $1095. that the oil changes were not included in this package. Don't believe what they tell you, or get it in writing. The warantee writer will lie and tell you anything to make a sale. Megan the sales manager did send us a card for one free oil change. Nice but still lied to! More

There was no hassle and we were allowed to take the car for a prepurchase inspection. And it was as clean as Gary said it would be. I have to say that all the used cars I saw on the lot looked great. Pricing was upfront and the finance manager was pleasant to deal with as well. I especially appreciate that they do not put dealer stickers on cars they sell. :-) More

I had been thinking about buying a new care, so while I was there waiting, I flagged down Max Ring and he took m I brought my old CRV in for service. I had been thinking about buying a new care, so while I was there waiting, I flagged down Max Ring and he took me through the inventory and explained all the new features. I did not come prepared to purchase a vehicle that day, but Max was very accommodating and went out of his way to help me complete my purchase. I would give him 5 stars as a salesman! In the finance department, Darrell Herbert sped along the paperwork in an organized and friendly manner. I have been coming to this dealership since 2010 and have had great experience with the service department, mainly Shaun Brandau, Joe LaBelle, Marc Boyer, & Jim McInerney who have all treated me with courtesy and respect. More
