The employees at this facility were amazing! Jason Watt helped me find and purchase my 2019 Honda Insight and I am in love with it! When coming to the dealership, I was pretty set on getting the insight. H helped me find and purchase my 2019 Honda Insight and I am in love with it! The financier was also very informative and helped me understand my options and pick the right warranty for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for the right car. New driver, New car! Purchased this car for my 16 year old, the car was affordable, very clean, and was fully loaded! Do yourself a favor, guys... NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER go to Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake. I've never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life. Rob Calhoun, salesperson, could not even get his business together for a speedy sale.
