Leased with Brilliance for 6 Years, Now I'm Done I think it's a shame that a dealership that I worked with for the span of leasing two cars over six years didn't want my business again. I was ready t I think it's a shame that a dealership that I worked with for the span of leasing two cars over six years didn't want my business again. I was ready to upgrade to a larger car for my next lease, so I called the dealer three months ahead of the day I needed to turn my car over and was treated terribly. I spoke with Max (Leasing Mgr) first on a Saturday morning, asking for ballpark figures on leasing a CR-V. When I said I wasn't able to come in that day and only wanted quick info, he went from saying he would email me that day to that he would email me on Monday instead (strange, how sudden that change was), and proceeded to hang up on me. No exaggeration. I called back and simply asked the same question to someone else, Jeff D. He was able to provide the info I needed in 5 minutes. When I called back about a month and a half later, Jeff did not answer my call even though the receptionist said he was at his desk (my call was transferred twice) and he did not call me back either. I am writing this, truly without adding any color at all to the story. These are the facts. Some places are stuck in terrible patterns and behaviors, and this is one of them. I ended up taking my business to the McGrath Honda in St. Charles and had a far better experience. If you are an independent thinker or the type of person who researches cars before buying them, this is not the place for you. I'm still astounded that I was treated so abhorrently. More

Buy a Honda and buy it at Brilliance I have purchased or leased 2 Odysseys, 3 Pilots, 2 CRVs, 2 Civics, and 2 Accords from Brilliance. The only 2 problems I have ever had were 1) a batter I have purchased or leased 2 Odysseys, 3 Pilots, 2 CRVs, 2 Civics, and 2 Accords from Brilliance. The only 2 problems I have ever had were 1) a battery died, and they replaced it free, and 2) A tire went bad and the replaced it for free. So, over 20 years, I have had smooth sailing. I'm telling you: Buy the women in your life Hondas from Brilliance. You want to know that every time ur Mom, wife, daughter gets in, they will turn the key and be on their way. Then buy one for yourself. I am getting ready to buy #12....a Ridgeline. More
