Upon arrival, I was checked in with a helpful service advisor who was speedy and helpful with getting me set up with an oil change and a complete look at my vehicle to prepare for a long drive. I waited at the dealership with a quoted repair time of roughly 2hours. My vehicle was done WAY BEFORE the time promised, which was beyond great. I was informed by the advisor of all work or any issues they had come across over my inspection & then was on my way! The cashier checked me out and was super friendly and even directed me to exactly where my car was. Great experience, i will be back for future services for my Honda. The price of the oil change was a few dollars CHEAPER than area service shops specializing in oil changes, which was shocking considering this is a dealer. More

I was in the market for a New HRV, but was looking for Many thanks for my positive purchase experience with Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake. I was in the market for a New HRV, but was looking for a particularly hard-to-find Trim & Drivetrain. James Keefe came through for me, BIG TIME! He rapidly responded to my initial e-mail inquiry with quotes on what they had in inventory. He also made it clear upfront that although they did not have the particular model that I was looking for in stock, it would likely not be a problem to trade for it with another Dealer. When I inquired further, he was able to quote me a great price before acquiring that vehicle. If there was any downside, it was that he wouldn’t come down from that “rock-bottom” quote. However, his word was true; after negotiating with other dealers in Northeast Illinois, none were willing to come closer than $700 to his initial offer. The process was very clean, painless, and low-pressure. And in this age of COVID, I was able to do virtually everything via e-mail and phone. This was especially important to me as I am an OCD sufferer, and did not want to visit the dealership until a deal was agreed upon. James and his colleagues at Brilliance Honda stuck to our agreed upon price, and when I came in to exchange my check for the keys, the car, and some paperwork, the in-person process took less than an hour. Matt Darwit set me up with the electronics in the car; we got my favorite radio stations programmed and hands-free car phone set up before I drove off the lot. I would highly recommend checking out Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake if you live anywhere in Northeast Illinois and are in the market for a new Honda. I can’t imagine an experience with less pressure, and if they don’t have the lowest price, they will certainly be close. I couldn’t be happier with my new HRV!
