Brillance Honda was friendly from the beginning. The salesman Max kept in contact with me by phone messages. Max was accommodating when I changed my mind about what size SUV I wanted. They offered me their advice without trying to upsell. Also, Jon (the manager) worked with us through a few problems, so that both sides were satisfied in the end. Everything went really well, and I would highly recommend checking them out. Just like any car dealership, they can turn up the heat. Buying a new car is about as painful an experience as one can imagine, but Darrell and the folks at Brilliance managed to take most of the pain out of it. I think we could have gotten a slightly better price, but I wasn't going to mess up a deal that met all of our expectations and requirements over a couple hundred dollars.
