The experience was great because I went home with my Pilot the same day and it was plated and registered with the state. The guy that did our paperwork was friendly and informative as well. They were patient and answered the many questions I had.I took quite a while in deciding which way I wanted to go in regards to the Fit or the Civic, and they were very patient, thoughtful, and professional in the whole process. They offered me their advice without trying to upsell. Also, Jon (the manager) worked with us through a few problems, so that both sides were satisfied in the end. Everything went really well, and I would highly recommend checking them out. Just like any car dealership, they can turn up the heat. Buying a new car is about as painful an experience as one can imagine, but Darrell and the folks at Brilliance managed to take most of the pain out of it.
