We called ahead and spoke with Craig, who took our information and what we were looking for, and called back within an hour with recommendations that fit our budget and driving needs. The car we were most interested in was ready for a test drive when we arrived an hour later, and Ryan rode along on the test drive. Both men were knowledgeable about the cars, and if neither knew the answer to a question, they'd find it for us. We did have some questions about the make/model we looked at (specific mechanical issues), and both men were honest and upfront about answering the questions. We didn't feel like we were getting the usual salesman hustle we've experienced at other dealerships. When it came time to finalize the price, we paid what we wanted and drove away very happy. Ryan our salesman had another sale that night so he was doing double duty and the others stepped in to work as a team until we left. For example while we waited for our car our salesperson was helping someone else so another salesmen went to in the rain to put our plates on for us. Without being asked by anybody and was happy to do so. Our salesperson Ryan was really nice and not creepy at all. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want, and never pushed. Our car purchase well worth the efforts because mom loves her 1999 Acura 3.5RL from the Brilliance dealership. The car was clean and we got a good deal for the condition and performance of the car. There were new tires on the car and the engine was very clean. The car was well maintained by previous owner (John) who also works at the dealership. John decided to sell his used Acura when he purchased a 2011 Accord from the dealership. Going through the negotiation process as usual of a used car purchase, I did my reseach for the value of the car and Ryan Hansen was very friendly and pleasant to work with. Ryan kept to his promise as a business person to pay for oil change and tire rotation for my Honda Accord Hybrid, if the Acura purchase was successful, which it was. Even though we were buying a used car, Ryan made us feel like the most important customer in the dealership. Ryan also worked relentlessly to ensure that we got approved for the car purchase. I didn't like the fact that it took too long to finalize the financing and get approved (perhaps due to the holiday season), so we had to go back to the dealership the following day.
