I bought my 2009 Honda Accord LX from Brilliance Honda in Sept, 2008. Recently I received a letter from them stating I could get a lower interest rate and lower payments on a new vehicle. I corresponded with Nick via email and we agreed upon a tentitive deal. Nick then handed me off to Ryan in Sales. When I went into the dealship, not only was the deal as discussed, but the interest rate was even lower than we had discussed! The process was painless and hassel free and I actually enjoyed the experience! As part of the deal, there were items that the Service Department needed to deliver. I had to bring my new car back and they provided me with a loaner car and the work was done as promised within the timeframe quoted. I have also used the Service Department at Brilliance Honda exclusively to service my 2009 Accord. I have found them to be professional, accomodating, customer focused; they produce quality work at a fair price; in fact my 2009 Accord needed tires and the Service Department quote was the most competitive! I would definately recommend anyone who wants quality at a fair price to visit Brilliance Honda and see for yourself. More

Good sales process. Contacted us about a potential good deal. My wife wanted a specific color and the dealer went to find it. The business office was good too. We have purchased 2 cars from Brilliance, one new Accord and a demo Pilot. We worked with Ryan Hansen in sales and David Nielsen in financing. Both are excellent to work with. Ryan really takes the extra time to make sure you are educated about the vehicle and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We did not feel that it was a high pressure sale at all. We rate working with Ryan a 5, excellent. Service dpt is hit or miss. We have had to take both of our vehicles back to the service dpt for mediocre work, ie- leather guard was sloppily applied, exterior wax average, demo car was presented to us below average-- food still caked on the cup holder area. Now, given these issues...Brilliance was very responsive at correcting everything to our 100% satisfaction, so the only downside to the outcome was the hassle of having to bring the cars all the way back up there...as we don't live very close by. Overall experience is great though. More
I originally spoke with the internet sales manager and he assigned me with Ryan Hansen. Ryan was a very good sales person. It seemed like it took too long to get to a deal because he had to go back and forth between customers and the manager. Again, this was not Ryan's fault because he was assigned to us by a manager. I suggest that if someone is coming in to speak with a sales rep at an appointment time, then the customer should have the undivided attention of the sales rep. Overall we are very satisfied with Brilliance Honda and they have gone out of their way to assist us in our new car purchase. More

Max was very personable and friendly. He wasn't pushy and made me feel that I was getting a good car. He offered to take the car for a second test drive-which sold me on the car. Getting all the paperwork done can seem like torture. Their turnaround time was impressive. One of the quickest buying experiences I've ever had. This is my family's third purchase from Brilliance. I've found their service department just as good as the sales department. They're quick, courteous and will answer any question you have. We like being their customer. More

We feel we received a very fair price on the car, and are satisfied with the service from the sales side of the deal. Since we approached buying a new van from an informed position, there was very little to talk about once we decided on the model, color, options, etc. We purposefully chose Brilliance for it's reputation on DealerRater.com, and the deal progressed smoothly and rapidly. However, once we were handed over to the business manager, it was the typical experience that everyone wants to avoid, and what makes most people view buying a car with the same anticipation as going to the dentist. We had hoped for better. There was implied pressure to buy extended warranties and when we hesitated and refused we were treated dismissively. It was enough of a negative that we even removed the remote car starter that we had added as part of the final deal. An email to the owner of the company stating how the attitude of the business manager left us cold, and suggesting that they might consider changing the way they present the extended warranty options produced no response. More
