So in general I hate car shopping but my daughter needed a car and found what she wanted at Brilliance. The staff was incredibly helpful and worked to resolve some issues with the car so that her first firs a car and found what she wanted at Brilliance. We also purchased an extended warranty so that she wouldn't be plagued with extensive repair bills. So I came away with a great impression of the sales, finance and service groups there. Wow! So the measure of a great company is not just what they do on a day to day basis but how they handle issues. And let's face it - all companies encounter issues. We had some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed with the car. Unfortunately there was also an issue with the warranty that was sold to us. I called and got hold of Dan who was able to get involved and reduce the overall repair bill to something that was at least manageable. He had no incentive to do this other than doing the right thing for the customer and that's exactly what he and Brilliance did. I teach classes on customer management and expectation management and I will use Dan and Brilliance as the gold standard to achieve. Thanks - you guys are truly awesome. Steve More
