We were in the market for a new Honda Odyssey. I have had 5 different Hondas over the years and worked with different Dealers on the North Shore. A friend recommended Brilliance and we could not believe the 5 different Hondas over the years and worked with different Dealers on the North Shore. This combined with the fact that they were able to get our specific car with add-ons and did not try to increase the price because the vehicle was difficult to track down. Darrell Hebert is one of the best salesman I have worked with - he explains everything honestly and does not push extras. He spent over an hour going over the car with us and all the newer electronic parts. He is interesting and a class act who never made us feel like we were taking his time when we called throughout this process with questions. He also made a major accessorie change for us after the transaction was complete. I think the dealership could have said "no" to this request but they just went ahead and handled it so that we felt satisfied. I will recommend this Dealer and this Salesman to whoever will listen. We have to drive upwards of an hour to get there, but it is worth it. More
