I have been a loyal customer of Brilliance Honda for many years now and tell my friends to bring their cars there as well. We were in the market for a new Honda Odyssey. I have had 5 different Hondas over the years and worked with different Dealers on the North Shore. A friend recommended Brilliance and we could not believe the 5 different Hondas over the years and worked with different Dealers on the North Shore. A friend recommended Brilliance and we could not believe the initial price difference than other area dealers. This combined with the fact that they were able to get our specific car with add-ons and did not try to increase the price because the vehicle was difficult to track down. Darrell Hebert is one of the best salesman I have worked with - he explains everything honestly and does not push extras. He spent over an hour going over the car with us and all the newer electronic parts. He is interesting and a class act who never made us feel like we were taking his time when we called throughout this process with questions. He also made a major accessorie change for us after the transaction was complete. I think the dealership could have said "no" to this request but they just went ahead and handled it so that we felt satisfied. I will recommend this Dealer and this Salesman to whoever will listen. We have to drive upwards of an hour to get there, but it is worth it. More

It was a pleasure working with Jason and the dealership. Jason took his time and really worked with our requirements that we needed. I'm hoping that the Pilot runs as well as our CRV did and that we will have many years of enjoyment. My family is sold on Honda products. Through the years we have purchased 10 Hondas (our immediate family), the last five through Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake, IL. We have built a trust with Max and J we have purchased 10 Hondas (our immediate family), the last five through Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake, IL. We have built a trust with Max and Jason Ring. We feel they treat us professionally and fairly. With tough economic times effecting us lately, I would like to point out the great job Jeff Deters (sales manager) and Dan Schmidt (finance) did in securing a loan for us.
