Darrell showed us the exact vehicle we were interested in and answered all of our questions concerning the 2012 Honda CR-V. We had previously looked at a Toyota RAV4 but fell in love with the redesigned 2012 Honda CR-V. We are very loyal Honda owners. We already own a Honda Pilot and a Honda Accord that we were replacing. Nevertheless, we wanted to explore our options since a new vehicle purchase is a major and significant commitment. The salesman I worked with was friendly, not at all pushy with the sale, did not bug me by calling me everyday as other salesmen from other dealerships did, made me feel at ease and on top of that he gave me with the sale, did not bug me by calling me everyday as other salesmen from other dealerships did, made me feel at ease and on top of that he gave me the best price by far on the car I was looking for. Other salesmen tried to push options and models that I didn't want on me but Corey did not do that. This dealership was also cleaner and more professional looking than all of the other dealerships I went to. I would recommend this dealership other the other Honda dealerships in the area and I also recommend this salesman in particular. More

I was in the market for a fuel efficient compact car for business purposes and I decided to stop into Brilliance seeing how it is so close and convenient between my workplace and home. In my experience, I have purchased a number of new vehicles in which it usually was a rigorous process almost every time. Most of the time at other dealerships, you get the typical “high pressure sales” pitches from cheesy stereotypical car salesmen in which makes for a bad experience. Darrell from Brilliance was just the opposite; he took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel pressured to purchase anything. I test drove the 2012 Honda CR Z on a Wednesday evening and wanted some time to review other manufacturers before making a final decision. Darrell thanked me for coming in to look at the car and told me to come back and see him if I wanted to move forward. In most situations, other dealers penalize salesmen for letting customers walk off the car lot without purchasing anything, so I was surprised that Darrell was going to let me think about it. I looked into purchasing a Hyundai Veloster which is a similar car the CR Z, but in the end I purchased the CR Z being a loyal Honda customer. The decision was almost a “No Brainer” for me as the dealership is close so getting service would be a breeze, the sales and service staff are very friendly and courteous, and the overall experience I had during the purchase of the car was rather painless! I would recommend this dealer to any family member or friend, and would also visit again for future purchases! More
After having a great buying experience with this dealership once, my fiance and I had great expectations, until we started working with Eva Gagliardi and Jeff Deters. We brought our two (2) 2010 Hon dealership once, my fiance and I had great expectations, until we started working with Eva Gagliardi and Jeff Deters. We brought our two (2) 2010 Honda Civics into the dealership to start looking into new vehicles, I like to have the latest and greatest. After looking at multiple cars we chose two (2) 2012 Civic EXs and agreed on a price for the new vehicles and trade-ins. After hours waiting for paperwork and being pushed into add-ons we finally got the paperwork signed. Once the paperwork was signed we were told that one of the vehicles was not in stock yet and we could pick it up in a few days, this was shocking, I didn't know that we could be sold a vehicle they did not have nor inspected. This wasn't even the worst part. After a few months, and much disappointment, we decided that these cars are not that great (not a smooth ride, out-dated technology, cheap wipers, poor build quality)and looked into trading in, again. We found out that they secretly rolled negative equity from our trade-ins into the leases, without our consent or knowledge. After going into the dealership and asking Jeff why this was never expressed to us, he replied with "I didn't have to. I didn't break the law. Do you just want me to write you a check?" After asking to speak to his manager I was told that he was not in and that he was on vacation, but should be back in a few days. As I was about to leave, Jeff said "He will tell you the same thing." and laughed. I will never return to this dealership because of this. If you consider this dealership, reconsider. More
