We went to service the Honda accord we already had and decided to walk around and see the new cars. Max came up to us and asked if I wanted to test drive. I have purchased three cars from this dealership: 2002, 2008 and 2012. My first experience was good but I was unhappy with how I was treated during my second purchase in 2008 as well as during several ser 2008 and 2012. I told myself that although I love Honda’s, I would never go back to this dealership. I needed new brakes a few months ago and decided to take my car to the dealership after several years of abstaining. I was treated very nicely and was impressed with the improvement in service. Unfortunately my car was totaled in an accident a week ago. I called Brilliance Honda and Max was able to find me a car that perfectly fit my needs. He was fast, fair and friendly. He solidified a change in my opinion about this dealership and I now plan on returning to both service my current vehicle and purchase future vehicles. More

I have always been treated with friendliness and politeness. The quality of their service department is terrific....always finishing the work on time, and the pricing is fair.
