The vehicle itself was a complete lemon, was in the shop literally every 2-3 weeks and cost us way more than it was worth, but they refused to help us figure out how to get out from under it. The shop and sales office is a total dump and incredibly sketchy. we will never ever go back and are telling everybody we know to avoid it. More

I spoke with the owner and he told me that nothing is like a Land Rover but they're not a vehicle that is cheap to fix. I did some research and realized what he told me was 100% accurate, it's a Love/Hate relationship with these British automobiles. I couldn't find anything else in my price range that offered as much style or options as this vehicle so I took the plunge that Saturday. Well a little over a year later I can't say I wish the circumstances worked out any differently, I LOVE IT! I have had to do minimal repairs (alright a lot less than what I was expecting). Thank you guys for selling me a vehicle in my price range that I LOVE and don't just drive. David More

When I went there I told the salesperson about hesitation, he explained that everyone who has a bad experience will leave a review, 9/10 a person who has a good experience doesn't. The vehicle was a reasonably priced compared to what I could find out there, so I took a chance and now after 4.5 months I'm still happy with the vehicle. It's a luxury car at a price that is affordable. I actually test drove it on a Saturday, told him I needed to go to the bank Tuesday and asked if I could leave a deposit, he told me he would hold it if I was serious without any money down. (that impressed me). I picked the vehicle up that Wednesday and have hadn't any "real" issues. I felt like after two months or so my alignment was off, I called them to ask if he had any recommendations, he told me to bring it in and he would get it aligned (most likely my fault for winter driving) and he didn't even charge me. When I went to pick up the vehicle after the alignment, there was a lady named Sarah there who was talking and I over heard her say this is her 13th car her family has purchased there and how she would be back when it was time for her nephews car. Overall I[m happy with what I purchased and my experience seems different then some More

Once the warranty was out, the '13 chevy I got fell apart. It seems as though they purchase lemon cars.. do quick fixes and then sell them. After spreading the word about this place, I have heard others who have had similar experiences from Brillant motors. This place is "used car shady," as they fly under the radar with little protection for used car buyers. More

That had all the paperwork ready and seemed a little surprised I needed to look the car over. I didn't care about the interior differences, and got what I asked for my trade just from the lady texting the owner pictures of it. Now I'm in a nice 3 year old car with no payments. There were a few minor things that would prevent it from passing for a sticker, but I'm mechanically inclined and they were minor. I wouldn't really recommend brillant motors unless you're knowledgeable about cars. If you're like me and you like to haggle and keep your cars for 200k+ miles while doing your own mechanical work, I'd recommend them. Seriously, I have less than 6 grand invested in a 3 year old car counting what I originally bought my trade in for. I'm going to at least take a look at their inventory when its time to replace the car. More
