I bought a car from Brighton motors in July. By August I was experiencing issues with the car . The original guy who sold me the car was already gone. That’s another issue with the dealership. Employees rotate in and out as fast as rent is due. The new manager after a few conversations made it right by replacing say bars and pads in the car. The sway bar went and they were going to replace it for free. I had to reschedule the appointment. To no luck service department doesn’t answer calls or messages . I live almost forty minutes away so I popped up and once again new staff and the service department says they have to verify to fix it free because it’s new staff and the system is a mess and nothing is saved . As a woman I hate dealing with this aspect because I don’t know much about mechanics. Told me there’s no appointment for a month!!! Before buying get your car checked out !!! More

I purchased my truck from here and paid extra for a warranty to only find out the warranty company won’t honor the warranty due to the truck being lifted and having a cold air intake! I was told the truck had a “leveling kit” so therefore the seller clearly doesn’t know what they are talking about!!! I’ve had warranty work done since I’ve bought the truck no questions asked until it needed some a timing chain now the lift it already had and intake it already had are an issue?!?! So yall say you’ll fix it, which sounded fine to me. I pick it up and I’m leaking coolant now which I never was before the stuff is all over under my truck and appears to be eating the undercoat off and it’s misfiring on cylinder 4-5 still!!! I asked for the other work to be done that warranty should have covered and it seems I am not going to have much luck with that unless I pay out of pocket!!! So no I am not very frickin happy!!! More
Typical sales people. When I hesitated and asked to think about a trade in overnight, the sales person I was working with asked me what was changing my mind. I could be better at saying no, but I don’t need to be strong armed either. A truly good salesman will give someone time to consider. Very old-school, typical tactics. Said they would give me money on my car, but I ended up financing the entire price of the vehicle. They also promised to fix my turn signals and a USB port in the new vehicle, but didn’t know they couldn’t put LED lightbulbs in. They suggested it was an electrical problem and their electrical guy wasn’t in until the next week knowing I lived over an hour away. I took it to a local auto parts store and they fixed it no problem. They want to take you for all you have and rush you out the door with their lemon. It was despicable. I will never shop here again and highly recommend you search elsewhere. Liars and thieves. More

xxxx bags, bought a truck from them without heat claimed they would fix the heat before I took the truck and all they did was rig it to kinda work and not actually fix the problem.
