Poor communication. They ran my credit and then just sold the vehicle they ran my credit for. Beware the bait and switch techniques They ran my credit and then just sold the vehicle they ran my credit for. Beware the bait and switch techniques More

Thomas was great, he was willing to take the time and find a truck that fit my specific wants. He offered no pressure help, while being friendly and willing to help. find a truck that fit my specific wants. He offered no pressure help, while being friendly and willing to help. More
I felt like I was in a bate and switch , I asked about a particular car and when I get there they are showing me everything else. The car I did get had no oil or transmission fluid in it and when I drove to particular car and when I get there they are showing me everything else. The car I did get had no oil or transmission fluid in it and when I drove to visit my son in Michigan for the holiday, the transmission started slipping on the freeway. I bring the car back within my 3 days and the manager telling me there is nothing he can do because the financing went through ( he was lying I got it on a Friday and Monday was a holiday) no banks had done anything. Then he tries to tell me the lemon law applies to new cars. Again lying, just because I had a Florida license I was raised in Michigan I know the lemon law was put in place because of places selling used cars. When I was complaining the salesman went somewhere else. I will never come here again. More

The dealership still charges junk fees like dealer prep charges, but they call it accessory charges because they know they are junk fees so they try to hide them. when you charge retail you already assume the cost in the retail price of getting the vehicle ready for sale anything else is a junk fee to pad profits check out the Internet they’ll tell you everything I just did. Plus they charge the maximum allowed dock fee by Michigan law. I’m not sure when the last time you registered a vehicle but did it take you $260 worth of your time? No. It did not. at least they did not try to charge an E filing fee which is insult on top of insult and injury. It’s all the same doc fees- Internet fees. All of that is dealer profit. It cost $15-$20 to file car paperwork. They pad the profits with the doc fee, because they’re allowed to buy law. They are not required by law to charge you a dock fee. They are required by law to charge everybody the same doc fee so don’t let them fool you by saying it’s a requirement -it is not. They could charge everybody zero as long as they charge everybody the same. More
When I looked at the vehicle there were three things wrong with it and I was promised two keys. I was told that the items were fixed and I could pick the truck up. When I picked the truck up nothing had wrong with it and I was promised two keys. I was told that the items were fixed and I could pick the truck up. When I picked the truck up nothing had been fixed and I only got one key. Lots of promises no action. Will not recommend bright Motors to anyone. More
