Luckily, I figured this out after detailing the car myself, after realizing bright motors couldn’t properly detail the car for second time in two weeks. Also the car ended up being a decent car. More
Worst experience I have had buying a car. They messed up the title and registration process for an out of state buyer. Unfortunately I had to spend over $7000 just to get the car title and registered when it was not needed. More

Told me that the car we picked out was in the detail shop for two and a half hours and when they delivered it it hadn’t even been washed and the windows were still dirty. My only disappointment was that the front tires on the car failed the very first time I drove the car the day it delivered to my house and I had to have the car towed to the tire shop. They were the origi car failed the very first time I drove the car the day it delivered to my house and I had to have the car towed to the tire shop. They were the original tires from 2015 when the car was new. NTB showed me dry rot and cracks in the sidewalls of both front tires and the MFG year of 2015 that is stamped on the tires. Your service department should have caught this when they inspected the car. Luckily I was driving on a secondary road about 40 miles an hour when this happened and there were no issues. If I would have been on the interstate going 75 miles an hour someone could have gotten hurt. Other than that I am very satisfied with the car itself. More
I drove 5 hours because we had a verbal agreement on a car and it's price. Once I got there, the manager wouldn't honor that agreement even after I pointed out some minor deficiencies with the vehicle we car and it's price. Eventually our salesman went to the GM instead and we were able to come to an agreement, but we still ended up paying over $500 more than what we had originally agreed on. More
