If they lie about what kind of cars they sell, who knows what else they lie about. I wouldn't trust this dealership if it was the last one on earth. More

Wow, almost saw a fist fight! I just wanted to look at an f150, but another person was in the dealership and called into question the dealers fraudulent math on the "double your do I just wanted to look at an f150, but another person was in the dealership and called into question the dealers fraudulent math on the "double your down payment" program. It had appeared that he had already had his credit run and wanted his information back. The salesman, mike, wouldn't' give this guy his confidential information back, how xxxxty. A woman came from the back and got in this guy's face, almost inciting him to engage further with her. The guy stepped outside, and later left. The dealership called the police and lied about the incident, saying that the guy threw things around, and swore, I'd swear too, they took his private information and wouldn't give it back! Unbelievable, after that I stayed to see how this place deceives the consumer and scams the banks by inflating the retail price, and mathes that difference with a fake down payment. As my girlfriend and I drove away, we noticed it is marked as a Suzuki dealer, but they don't sell suzikis, the furniture looks 40 years old, and feels like they are just out to scam banks and people. I hope that guy gets his information back. After visiting a reputable ford dealer, I got an f150, it cost 600 more than the one at this place, but I'm confident that I got what I paid for. More

I purchased a vehicle many many things were shady wish I would have been so gullible at the time. First impression should of told me Valerie was a snobby unfriendly lady the second I approached her and Sara was very rude. My trade off was never fully paid off but title was illegally transferred with lien still in place from prior bank so I have two car payments still until we can get it figured out in court. The car oil light came on my way home I brought it back b4 warranty expired since it was a whopping 2 weeks and they assured it was fixed but it's not , they put a bandaid to hold it off till my warranty expired. They also claim they made my 1st payment and tried telling me to pay them the money I called the bank and they said no way we would never have a dealer collect money for us. I traded in my vehicle and my boyfriend was supposed to be a co buyer we signed all papers together but when we got our first bill only He was on the loan bank said it was signed twice which we never resigned. I called Suzuki to make a complaint and they told me they are not even a Suzuki dealer. If these issues are not resolved in court I will be contacting the news better business and consumers affairs. I'm so shocked this place is still running with their rating. They can say what they want but type in ny dealership round u NONE have 2 star rating out of 30 ppl ll horror story. More

Holy xxxx Where do I begin? I must say in all of my years of going to dealers or any type of business, this has to be by far the worst experience I've ever had. Where do I begin? I must say in all of my years of going to dealers or any type of business, this has to be by far the worst experience I've ever had. First of all, this place does not look like your average dealer. The second you walk in and a cute little dog approaches you before the workers do. And I must say that dog gave me more attention then the workers. I emailed them inquiring about a specific SUV they called a few days later and told me to stop in and take a look at it. Drove an hour for them to tell me they don't have it anymore!! Wait... It gets better! Then they give me a paper that showed all the SUV of that type with the year and mileage and told me to see which I'd be most interested in.... No pictures no price. I swear I never write reviews but this place was extremely unprofessional I just had to warn people! Again, only reason to go to this dealer is to see a dog. I should have read the other horrible reviews before going to this "Dealer" having the owner responding to these terrible reviews made me think it might be an ok place... Save your time, gas and money and go elsewhere!!!!!! More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We shopped around and found the vehicle we wanted for the right price; went into the dealership - they talked us into using their finance (promised 1.9%) but when the paperwork came vehicle we wanted for the right price; went into the dealership - they talked us into using their finance (promised 1.9%) but when the paperwork came out it showed 9.9% and claimed our credit changed since the approval (but we already had a 4.9% approval through our own bank). Once we had that all straightened out (I chose to stick with my bank for financing because they apparently can't do math), they changed the negotiated price of the vehicle and said it 'was no longer on sale'. The price went through the roof and I told them no thanks - they wanted me to talk to their sales manager Mike. SO, I decided to speak with Mike. Mike Cizmar, the sales manager, tried to convince me this was the best vehicle around for the money and I OWED them my business for taking up so much time. When I informed him that they LOST my business because they were a shady group, he got upset and threatened to sue me for slander (which isn't possible, he was the only one who heard it - don't threaten me xxxxxxx). Finally I decided it was going nowhere because this 'GROUP' was ridiculous and Mike told me "that's the business, buy when you can or lose out..." When I stood up to leave, he cut me off at the door and stood between me and the door trying to convince me there as just a misunderstanding. I agree - there was a misunderstanding - I thought this place was a professional business and I also thought a minimum level of decency existed in this world - WRONG!!! Aftrewards, they called us repeatedly trying to get us to come back in for a 'better deal' (every day for nearly a month until we filed a complaint with the state) Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!! They are NOT EVEN a real dealer for Suzuki... its misleading and should be illegal! More
