I purchased my truck from here and paid extra for a warranty to only find out the warranty company won’t honor the warranty due to the truck being lifted and having a cold air intake! I was told the tr warranty to only find out the warranty company won’t honor the warranty due to the truck being lifted and having a cold air intake! I was told the truck had a “leveling kit” so therefore the seller clearly doesn’t know what they are talking about!!! I’ve had warranty work done since I’ve bought the truck no questions asked until it needed some a timing chain now the lift it already had and intake it already had are an issue?!?! So yall say you’ll fix it, which sounded fine to me. I pick it up and I’m leaking coolant now which I never was before the stuff is all over under my truck and appears to be eating the undercoat off and it’s misfiring on cylinder 4-5 still!!! I asked for the other work to be done that warranty should have covered and it seems I am not going to have much luck with that unless I pay out of pocket!!! So no I am not very frickin happy!!! More

Worst experience I have had buying a car. They messed up the title and registration process for an out of state buyer. Said they would repossess the car if I didn’t do the process their way They messed up the title and registration process for an out of state buyer. Unfortunately I had to spend over $7000 just to get the car title and registered when it was not needed. More
