Staff is polite but, the technical expertise of the workers is at a very low level. The vehicle had to be returned as the blind spot monitoring system was not repaired when the mirror glass was replaced. Spoke with the service advisor and explained in detail the issues. Vehicle was picked up and taken back to the dealer for the repair. Blind spot monitoring system was repaired and the mirror was still not repaired correctly. The fix is visible to the eye by looking at the outside mirror case. I would not trust them again to repair or service anything. More

I was over on my miles due to having to take my child to therapy sessions, but the dealership refused to try to help us find a way to minimize the impact. Even worse, when I turned in the leased vehicle the therapy sessions, but the dealership refused to try to help us find a way to minimize the impact. Even worse, when I turned in the leased vehicle they made me take off my own license plate. Very shortsighted and rude. More

When pressed to break down important sales figures so I could understand how he determined residual value, he actually said, "Listen, I've told you over 10 times..." His defensiveness when questioned was revealed when I shopped at Pat Milliken Ford. When it comes to Brighton Ford, A-plan is not A-plan. The price and residual value computation are not universal. Brighton Ford and Jade Orlich will pad the bill and will scam you. Pat Milliken Ford leased me a truck with a sticker price $2000 more with a lease payment $60 a month less. Never do business with Brighton Ford and Jade Orlich. And it is apparent they are not moved by negative reviews. More

We held a car at this dealership that is coming in first week of May but went by the dealership to look at a few other cars and maybe grab something a bit sooner. The sales people at this dealership we week of May but went by the dealership to look at a few other cars and maybe grab something a bit sooner. The sales people at this dealership were rude at best. The had one car we had called about pulled around but didn't ask us any questions, didn't offer to let us drive just unlocked it and said "I'm going to go look at your trades" and disappeared for at least 40 minutes - leaving us sitting outside with our three kids in the sun just waiting on him to come back around. We asked if we could drive it and they just wanted to see our other trades. Everything was cold, abrupt, and just flat out rude. They didn't care about us as people even a little bit. On top of that - the dealership was dirty! Rusty nails, cigarette butts on the ground, bottle caps everywhere - so while my three kids were stuck outside they couldn't even get down and run around because the place was not even safe. We bought a car somewhere else and will never be back to and will never recommend Brighton Ford. One of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had! They lost our deal (and the money we had on reserve for a car). More

, I brought my truck in for a recall and all wasn’t covered under the recall due to higher mileage. All was good though because I purchased the total care ext warranty through you guys. I stated on th covered under the recall due to higher mileage. All was good though because I purchased the total care ext warranty through you guys. I stated on the paperwork when I dropped off the truck that I needed it back by a certain date and when I spoke with Caleb, I expressed that I need it back by a certain date due to having to tow a trailer for a work function. If it couldn’t be completed by the date to let me know so I could make other arrangements. No word from Caleb after numerous calls on the pickup date so I went to pick up the truck. The truck was complete but not inspected by the insurance person. I was told I could take the truck if I paid for the services and would be called the next week to schedule a time for them to look at it and refund me the money. I never received a call and have numerous calls into Caleb with no calls back. Also, when I took the truck in the skid plate was hanging. When Caleb called me back to get all my oil change invoices (This was before when he would call me back) he said it was fixed and they put it back up. This did not happen, and they took off the skid plate because it couldn’t be repaired All I am asking is for the warranty work that I paid for be covered IN# 563344 More
On 7/23/2022 I purchased a used vehicle from Brighton Ford. The vehicle was online priced at 23,700. They sold it to me at 23,900. They rushed the purchasing process. I stated vehicle tire PSI was low and no one checked it. When the keys were given it was time to go home so no one could assist with the tire. On 7/27/22 I brought the car back in due to low PSI again after filling the tires the day before. There was a nail in the tire which caused the low PSI. They replaced it due to negligence on the day of sale. On 8/1/22 my check engine light came on. A third party scanned my vehicle that said there’s a misfire. Upon further investigation, I discovered there was an open recall that had not been fixed before purchasing. (NHTSA Recall #22v413) On 8/22/22 my vehicle broke down on the expressway, jerking and shifting out of my control, while traveling at 70mph with my daughter in the car. A second Ford dealership confirmed my engine has a factory defect and the whole engine needs to be replaced. Brighton Ford will not work with me nor take responsibility for selling me a defective vehicle. I will be without a vehicle for at minimum 3 weeks. I am simply requesting a fully paid rental until my car is fixed. I will not be paying any other monies to the dealership until my car is fixed and SAFE. This transaction was irresponsible, reckless, and irrational. Thank you for ignoring my calls and only allowing me to speak with the same person who sold me the vehicle in the first place. Only the dealer principal, zone manager, and/or general sales managers should be handling this situation because he messed up. More
