I’m very disappointed with the service area. They push non needed services. It took over 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and the place was empty. That included the service area. Totally Disappointed! I received a courtesy ride to work and was left stranded. Walter my service tech called me several times along with multiple texts to request my appr I received a courtesy ride to work and was left stranded. Walter my service tech called me several times along with multiple texts to request my approval to get my money yet was unconcerned about me getting back to the dealership when the repair was complete. It seems it was ready at 330pm I am so used to my car being parked outside of my work daily and I was so engaged at work I forgot to follow up with the dealership which I realized I had not heard from the dealership until walking out and not seeing my car after work. I was expecting my phone to ring when my car was ready but Walters excuse to me was he did not want to disturb me at work however he didn't mind multiple calls to me to request authorization so he could get paid. Walters' excuse was absolutely unacceptable, especially as I have been a long time customer to that repair shop. Callie and Glen have always made sure to take care of me! They are the reason I maintained my loyalty. Walter did not even offer to deduct my unnecessary Uber cost from my bill. Horrible experience!! More

Every time I come to this service center they treat me great. Callie C. is always very helpful and accommodating! The video that the mechanics send when doing the inspection is super informative, especial great. Callie C. is always very helpful and accommodating! The video that the mechanics send when doing the inspection is super informative, especially for people that aren't that car savvy. I would absolutely recommend coming to this service center! They also have complementary snacks and beverages in the waiting area. More
