Usually the service dept is excellent but this time was weird. I had an appointment, was there on time and seemed like the guy that was being helped was a walk-in. There were two people at the service coun weird. I had an appointment, was there on time and seemed like the guy that was being helped was a walk-in. There were two people at the service counter; one was helping the guy and the other was doing something on the computer. It took longer than it should have for someone to even say “we’ll be right with you” and when they did they said the other person who was with someone would be right with me. The customer was asking a series of questions and only at that point did the other person say, ok, I’ll help you. Just all very odd. Then when I picked up the car, the person barely made eye contact with me and rushed me out. Overall strange. I hope it doesn’t happen again. More
