I had walked out of many dealers because they were very pushy but Bright Bay was great, James answered all our questions and let us have the time to decide between the 2 models. When the time came to talk about financing we dealt with Lew. He was also great. We did not find that they were overly pushy. More

Happy Customer! On November 29, 2019 i visited this Mazda dealership to try and purchase a car. I knew exactly what i wanted. upon arrival, we were greeted by the man On November 29, 2019 i visited this Mazda dealership to try and purchase a car. I knew exactly what i wanted. upon arrival, we were greeted by the manager who was extremely helpful. I was already being helped by a previous dealer, so it was obvious i was there for him. Manny was amazing and helpful they whole way through. I expected to have a bad experience because that's just what you think with dealerships. Well he proved me absolutely wrong. He was patient with us and helped me get the exact car i was look for, along with a great price. We were there for about 5 hours. Manny knowing this, went out and purchased us pizza while we waited to sign paperwork. That was extremely generous of him. In fact, my mother loved him so much that she is now looking for a Mazda of her own! Manny is a great asset to your team and made my entire experience better than i could have imagined. More

I went to this dealership to see a specific car that I saw on the internet. I was fortunate that I was assigned to Christopher Lico, Sales Consultant. Christopher greeted me and offered his assistance. After informing Christopher which car I was interested in purchasing, he promptly brought me out to the lot to see the vehicle. I found the car to be exactly as it was described. Christopher explained the features of the vehicle. After a test drive, I decided to make the purchase. Christopher asked when I wanted to take ownership of the vehicle. Upon the agreed date and time, the car was prepped, my insurance was in place, the inspection and the temporary registration sticker were on the windshield, and I was ready to go.
