Recently leased my third CX-5 from Bright Bay Mazda. Chris Lico was the salesman for the last two leases. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had very high hopes for this dealership when I read countless reviews about how great they were and how they advertised no hidden fees. Decided to give them a chance while shopping for a used Mazda CX- countless reviews about how great they were and how they advertised no hidden fees. Decided to give them a chance while shopping for a used Mazda CX-5. I was greeted by Richard who allowed me to test drive the car and I loved the car immediately but noticed some tears, maintenance lights, and key fob low battery alerts. He had reassured me that those would get taken care of if I purchase the car. When we were negotiating the price of the car we had agreed on a price but I couldn't leave a deposit at that moment but later left a deposit on the phone. I assumed we would go with the price we originally negotiated in person but I was surprisingly wrong when it came to the signing day. The price of the car was $850 higher than what we agreed upon.. first they say it was because of a $350 prep fee for the car (Not mentioned during the negotiation) then they decided to charge me an extra $500 which brought the price back to the advertised pricing.. Manny the financial manager then told me that they do not accept draft checks even though I got the check from one of the biggest federal credit unions in North America. Now I am left without a car, the price wrong, and a check that is useless. They did not accommodate at all and decided to offer financing with them instead. Absolutely not.. That is when I talked to John the used car manager. He did not accommodate other than accepting the check and tried to make it sound better by saying he was not going to charge me an extra $1000 for financing through my own bank (Again not mentioned during the negotiation). I was already too deep with my trade in, insurance, and bank that I decided to pull some extra funds to afford the car. I waited almost 2 weeks for them to let me drive the car off the lot because they had to wait for the check to "clear". My bank said everything was approved and ready to go on their end but nothing from the dealership.. I had to call every time in order to get an update from them. When I went to finally pick up my car, Richard did not even offer to show me around the car and how to navigate the interface. He just tossed me the two keys and I had to figure everything out on my own. Of course after having the car at home I noticed one of the key fobs battery was dead, a missing tray insert on the passenger door, and a rip on the gasket for the trunk.. I was beyond fed up at this point that I didn't want to contact them again. Incredibly unprofessional with zero communication all around from this dealership. Do not be blinded by their new interior and fancy technology. Awful experience! More

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and had a GREAT experience. The model I was interested in was in high demand but we agreed on an acceptable price. Negotiations were polite and respe and had a GREAT experience. The model I was interested in was in high demand but we agreed on an acceptable price. Negotiations were polite and respectful. I was given a fair value for my trade. Henry was my salesperson. He generously offered multiple test drives (one with him, another with my wife - in the car by ourselves so we could really evaluate the car). I felt that he was straight-up and honest as we went through the purchase process. He expertly took care of all the tasks that are required when you trade-in and purchase a new vehicle. The pickup process was very pleasant - Manny in finance did a great job - no surprise 'extra charges' or tricks. I felt like my business was important to them. The final price and financing costs for the new vehicle were as we agreed. I was offered additional products but was NOT pressured to purchase them. Henry helped me connect my phone to the new car and familiarized me with the features of my new car. An EXCELLENT delivery experience! After the purchase, I contacted Henry regarding some personal items that I left in my trade. He responded immediately and addressed my request. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

I was pleased at the no nonsense attitude exhibited by Mr. Richard Mounce and shocked by the no nonsense trade in offer, that immediately s they had.
