The financial manager Manny got me to buy an extended warranty and told me I can cancel anytime and when I called to cancel the next morning I was told the money was financed and I will end up finishing warranty and told me I can cancel anytime and when I called to cancel the next morning I was told the money was financed and I will end up finishing the loan quicker but monthly payment will not go back to where it was before adding the extended warranty which means I will end paying $50 more every month More
I’m very disappointed with the service area. They push non needed services. It took over 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and the place was empty. That included the service area.
