They are very friendly and use technology to keep you updated on your vehicle... The problem I had was that the technician sent a video explaining what was found on my car... he stated that my brake pads updated on your vehicle... The problem I had was that the technician sent a video explaining what was found on my car... he stated that my brake pads were down to 4mm, but my rotors were in perfect shape an no rotor work was needed... just the pads replaced, he would have the service service advisor contact me with a price to have the pads replaced... A few minutes later I get an email requesting my approval for the brake work... I open the quote and am shocked seeing a quote for $815 dollars to have the pads replaced and the rotors "resurfaced" (which the tech said wasn't needed)... so basically they wanted to charge me for work that wasn't needed... I declined the work and took it somewhere else to have the front and rear pads replaced for $300... I you have work done here pay attention to all the information they give you... I will not be bringing my car there in the future, which is a shame because my family have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the last 3 years and was planning on a 4th the spring of next year... More
