He spent a lot of time with me and explain things over and over so I would understand. I highly recommend him. My business manager that took care of the loan portion was Steve Ramirez, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful as well and ended up spending a very long time with me when there was a glitch in processing my payment. With a sense of humor and calmness, we came up with a solution to get it processed and all worked out well thank you to Tom and Steve. I am loving my new Mazda CX six. It drives beautifully and I’m smiling every time I get into my car thank you! More
