As always, my visit to Bright Bay Mazda was an excellent experience. My CX-5 was due for an oil change and NYS Inspection; the service revealed that the car would soon be in need of an alignment and new rea experience. My CX-5 was due for an oil change and NYS Inspection; the service revealed that the car would soon be in need of an alignment and new rear brakes. We agreed upon doing the alignment at that visit but new brakes were reserved for a future visit as they had just entered the "yellow" stage. I asked if they should be done immediately and was assured that they could wait. That is probable the first time I have been talked out of a sale. I find the staff most welcoming, respectful, polite, and helpful every time I am there. More
