Rich the salesman was great. Final pickup was professional efficient. My only issue was the lowball offer on my trade. That almost made me walk. Very annoyed. booked appointment for simple oil change. Told them I don’t ant 22 point inspection, just oil change. Waited over an hour and they still did 22 point booked appointment for simple oil change. Told them I don’t ant 22 point inspection, just oil change. Waited over an hour and they still did 22 point inspection with a million recommendations for a car that has no sensor warning lights on. Always trying to upsell you. More
