The front right tire that had been leaking since before our last visit to Bright Bay March 2023. At that time the technician put the tire in the dunk tank but did not see any evidence of a leak. He adjusted the valve hoping that would solve the issue. It did not. Tire was an annoyance for the most part but nothing more than 2 lbs of loss between tire air checks. We had exceptionally cold weather in January and the tire sensor lit up on the dash board. This time the technician removed the tire from the rim and found a nail inside the tire by the sidewall. Nail head was broken off on the outside that's why the technician couldn't find the leak March 2023. The tire was not repairable. Luckily I had purchased the tire and rim warranty at the closing 4 years ago. We received a tire at no cost to us. SCORE! The waiting area was clean with comfy chairs and "breakfast" bar with stools. Complimentary coffee, tea, water and snacks. TV remote was there so I was able to change from political channel to TBS to watch old episodes of Friends. All this and a great view of Red Miata. Even though Garden City Mazda is within 5 miles of my home I will travel the extra miles to have Bright Bay service my Mazda. More
