Dom was pleasant, and informative.Gave me a wonderful test drive. Explained the cars to me several time, because I kept changing my mind, but he just smiled and made me feel comfortable, and not so stupi test drive. Called when I got home to check on me just to make sure I enjoyed the ride in my new car, He was an excellent representative to my first time at Bright Bay, will definitely recommend Dom To family and friends. Bill the F&I guy, was helpful and courteous and very patient with me as well. Showroom clean and well kept, wonderful waiting room coffee for refreshments and tv to make time go by. Over all a great experience. More
