Many dealerships are using "Tariff scare tactics" push their customers into quick decision making. Not so at Bright Bay. I never felt under any pressure to make a rash decision. I had a great experience when picking up my car. Rich went over the features in detail and even set up my phone and Carplay. His response time to my folllow up questions on phone calls and texts was immediate. Additionally , It was a smooth transaction when meeting with the finance person Ann Marie Hay She was also very professional and friendly. She went through all of the available options so that I was able to make a selection I never felt pressured to add anything I was not comfortable with and there were no surprises at the closing. I had seen some of the reviews and a coworker has used this dealership numerous times. I wanted to use the local dealer, how ever they didn’t offer a fair trade price, nothing off the new car and this is this dealership numerous times. It was an easy sale that they threw away. I specifically asked coworker what salesperson to ask for at brightbay and he said they are all great. Looked at reviews and I had John, and Chris on my radar. Chris has been promoted to sales manager now so I sat down with John. I am beyond happy with both and the whole transaction. Chris gave a reasonable trade price and everything they said was exactly what transpired.
