He is truly knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the details associated with owning a new MKX. These new models are so technical. But, Dom explained it all before I left the showroom. I was having trouble syncing my phone and he took the time to make sure it was done. He handled it personally. I stopped by the other day thinking I would take a look at a used pickup truck and I was shown great service and attention.
