My advice. ... shop around. They really build the price up. In addition, they make you feel like you are out of line by negotiating. I went to Huntington Linco ... shop around. A very unpleasant experience yesterday at Bright Bay when my family and I were closing the purchase of a certified pre-owned Navigator Black Label. After purchasing 2 vehicles with Bright Bay, the sales tea my family and I were closing the purchase of a certified pre-owned Navigator Black Label. After purchasing 2 vehicles with Bright Bay, the sales team was unwilling to work with us to carve out a mutually agreeable price. After a brief time out, my family and I decided to not purchase the vehicle to which the salesman mumbled , "Unbelievable", under his breath and rolled his eyes. I have never experienced such poor attitude and treatment from any salesperson, especially a luxury dealer such as Lincoln. We spoke with his manager after this exchange and his manager further re-iterated they had no leeway in price negotiation and was apprised of his sales team's behavior. He did apologize and refunded us our down deposit promptly. Super sad because we loved the car and would have been willing to look at another Navigator (our second choice) in the lot but were so disappointed with the salesman's behavior and the dealership's inability to honor long-term customer loyalty. Thankfully, we have found another Black Label Navigator at at dealer that is very willing to work with us and provide some service recovery for the Lincoln product. More

I would never recommend Bright bay Lincoln to my worst enemy. Manager tommy extremely rude. Bad attitude and nasty doesn't tell the truth never call back along with the people under him. And you CAN FORGET ABOUT GETTING LOAN CAR LIKE THEY PROMISE. Tell you what you want to hear and don't stand behind what they say. live and learn guys never had these issues with Audi or even my Lexus . Hope this helps people don't be fooled. when they sell you a car there so nice don't go back for service. More

I would highly recommend Domineck and Anne Marie for any of your car needs whether you decide to purchase or lease a vehicle and if you would like to finance your purchase. I also hirely recommend the service dept.for your vehicle repairs. Ken Gaynor is the service manager. He went the extra yard for me a few times when my car was in for repairs,. I highly recommend Bright Bay lincoln. More
very unprofessional staff. They are crooks. avoid John and D Gonzalez. I felt really bad for calling and speaking to the receptionist. They never notified us the status on our application. once we found out they application was declined. we needed to know why but they would say they will find out and will contact us and never did. My husband I got got so tired of contacting them and needed the deposit money back and John was not willing to even speak to us. There was a guy I believe the manger I spoke with he said he refunded the money in the morning today marked one week since he deposited the money and I never got any back. I spoke with Tom today and he said no one ever refunded the money and he doesn't know who I spoke with and he needs the card info. We are going somewhere else to lease our car not dealing with these slow head unprofessional crooks. Also we made an appointment before we went in and John was, receptionist tried to call him many times but he never answered his call wither. More
