Brigham-Gill Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Very easy, honest and smooth transaction I was in the market looking to lease a 2018 Ram. When I went on the Ram website to see what options and colors were available, it gave me a list of de I was in the market looking to lease a 2018 Ram. When I went on the Ram website to see what options and colors were available, it gave me a list of dealers that had the truck that I was looking for. Several of these dealers have a chat window that pops up whiles browsing their websites. I found this to be an easy means of communication but later found out otherwise. After negotiating back and forth on the price and lease terms with 2 other dealers ( I don't want to disclose the names) I visited the one that was closest to me in distance. When I arrived to sign the papers, they could not get me into the Ram truck that we had agreed upon even after showing the sales manager the emails and text messages. They tried to get me into a truck that was 2 steps down for more money. Brigham & Gill was the complete opposite and DID NOT do this to me. I called the dealership and spoke to Nick Persiridis. Told him what I was looking for and what lease terms. He called me back within 5 minutes and told me the price of the truck. When I showed up at the dealership, Nick had 2 trucks for me to compare and to choose from. The price did not change and there were no games. Nick Persiridis and Ahmet Karaca made this a very easy and pleasant experience. Do not waste your time like I did with the other dealers, Go to Brigham & Gill for a straight up no bull experience. This dealership is very customer friendly! I have been going to this dealership for all my vehicle needs since about 2007 and have purchased 2 Jeeps from them and their sales and service depart I have been going to this dealership for all my vehicle needs since about 2007 and have purchased 2 Jeeps from them and their sales and service department are excellent! The service consultant came right to my car just as I pulled in the garage and got my mileage and then opened my door so I could get out and go right to his office to discuss my vehicle repairs. He then asked if I needed a ride and he told the receptionist to call for a ride to my work and I was in the waiting room for about 5 minutes and then got my ride. Service called me in the afternoon to tell me what needed to be done and estimated cost and they had it ready by 5:00 pm as promised. They did a recall on the Cruise Control system, oil change and differential, tire rotation and front brakes. Great job and everyone was friendly as usual. I have recommended this dealership to coworkers and 2 of them purchased cars from them. More
