Vee was amazing! We spent at least 20 minutes in the car going over all the electronics before I even test drove it. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Even after I bought and picked up the car this past Monday (Aug 6), he has been available to answer all my questions and encouraged me to stop by any time and he would walk me through anything I was having trouble with. Vee is a "keeper"! Paul was also great. The Jeep I wanted, a 2012, was at another dealer, and he worked diligently to procur the vehicle for me. He was also readily on hand to answer my questions. The reason I gave Customer Service a "4" was because I waited 2 hours to finalize my purchase. I paid cash. I understand it was the end of the month, (I paid for the Jeep on July 31st), but I felt, since it was the end of the month, they should have taken that into consideration and had another finance person available. I love my Jeep, and look forward to many years with it. I only hope my service experience is as wonderful as my purchasing experience was! More
