Recently, my husband and I had a very positive experience @ Brigham-Gill when we purchased our new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had shopped around and were ready to buy. Scott was our salesman and he was t @ Brigham-Gill when we purchased our new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had shopped around and were ready to buy. Scott was our salesman and he was terrific. He has provided us excellent customer service since we met him. We transacted on the car one evening and Scott had the car and all the paperwork ready so that we could pickup our new car the next morning. He gave us instructions on all the new equipment in the car. Since then we have installed running boards and again he made all the arrangements. He is accessible, courteous and very helpful. Honestly, everyone that we met at the dealership (Randy, Brian, Scott and Matt) were professional and customer service oriented. We are very happy with our new car and I would recommend Brigham Gill in the future. More

And Bill Munroe has always been the salesperson I have looked for. Starting with him--he knows his cars, does not push but offers options, gives sound and I think honest advice, communicates clearly and has a great sense of humor. He is, in many respects, the face of the organization for me, and I enjoy working with him. Now onto the rest. I have had consistently good experiences with the finance people who are straightforward, offer fair prices on trade-ins and get good interest rates. My experience is that they don't push, but offer options. The service people have been great as well...kudos to Johanna, Jaime, Ed and the others. Routine maintenance has always been hassle free and the very few times when I have had a problem with a vehicle...everyone has jumped to it to help resolve the problem. I have and will give my highest recommendation of this dealership to my friends and colleagues. Keep up the good work!!! More

Nick Pesiridis helped me select a new Grand Cherokee Summit in Crystal Granite with Brown interior. He knows the Jeeps well and was very attentive without pushing me to buy. He actually listened and didn't try to sell me something easier to find. He was a straight shooter and was great to work with. Only thing I would recommend is a little better follow up. Customers buying a new car typically like to be over communicated with (or maybe that is the type A in me) and only thing that I would have to say could have been done better is communication of where we were in securing and getting my jeep ready for me. OVerall though, great experience and I would come back again and work with Nick and recommend him to others. More
I've always been very skeptical about car dealerships, especially considering some bad experiences in the past. That being said, please don't take me as one of those folks who wants everyt dealerships, especially considering some bad experiences in the past. That being said, please don't take me as one of those folks who wants everything for free and treat the salesperson poorly. For me what works is simple: no gimmicks, no "ifs" or "maybes". Just decent and honest service, respect and a fair deal. That's all. Taking that under consideration, what a great surprise I found at Bringham-Gill Jeep right off the old Route 9. I started contacting them through e-mail and from that moment on everything went way beyond my greatest expectations (even when a Family emergency happened and made picking up the truck difficult). I was well treated, they listened to what I was looking for and what I was able to afford and tried to find the best deal possible. It was considerably fast and strictly business. However, I never felt pressured in any way and the whole experience felt simply genuine. In the end, I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for and got a great (and fair) deal. I owe all that to Mr. Ali Faisal, the man took care of the whole process, in an extremely effective and smoothly way. I have no second thoughts in saying that Mr. Faisal is best car salesman that I ever purchased a vehicle from, and in a near future I'll definitely look for him again and also refer him to whoever I can. I think what describes him the best is what he told me in the end: "I make a living selling cars but I sell them the right way". I don't him personally but you don't find that kind of honesty and a good handshake often these days. You don't know me, and some folks might say that what I wrote is made up. But if you decide to give it a shot, go there and look for Mr. Faisal, you won't regret it. If all car dealerships had people like him doing the great job that he does, the car industry would be a much better place. More
