He was so awful I asked for another worker to conduct our sale. Finance manager claimed that he was the owner of the dealership when I asked for a superior to voice my dissatisfaction. They overcharged for DMV fees and made no efforts to reimburse us. I had to send two emails. Keith Gorski was a personable and accommodating man UNTIL the sale was made. After that he ignored all of my correspondence and no one asked us if we were ever pleased with the vehicle. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!! If it wasn't for the fact that they had the exact vehicle we wanted I would have refused to do business with them. Shameful! More

Fastest Time Ever - and delivery 2+ hours away! After a bad experience in Central MA, we decided to head east. This dealer is 2+ hours from the house, but they had the car we wanted. I called and talked to Scott... 1.5 hours later we got there and asked for him. He pulled the car out and let us do a full walk through without the typical "pestering" he was there to answer our questions. 10 Minutes later we were on the road with a test drive, and within the hour we were finalizing the deal. Was on the road within 2 hours from when we parked - unbelievably fast! The kicker - we live 2+ hours away in Connecticut - and they met us at the nearest DMV to us (not them) and registered that car! I will look to these guys for my next purchase! OUTSTANDING! More

So, after receiving my refund, I decided to take a trip down to Natick on Father's Day and I'm glad I did. I worked with Tyler Cabral who was very kind and professional. The price of the vehicle was great and the deal went very smoothly. Everyone involved in the process did a fantastic job and I am very satisfied with how it went.
