Stewart Powell I had been to a few dealerships before I landed at B-Gill. I always felt pressured and like I was being "bulldozed". (take that Norwood!) He was so knowledgeable about every aspect of every Jeep model there was and believe me I asked lots of questions. And very patient. I had to test drive all models that I was interested in before I made any decision. In fact, I wasn't even planning on buying a car that day but I felt so confident with my choice because of Stewart that I was like, why wait. So I bought a Compass, which is the perfect car for me. When I picked up my car he went through everything - set it all up for me. I highly recommend asking for him. You will never feel rushed or unimportant. More

I'd give the sales process 5 stars, but when it came to closing time with finance, the gentleman could have done more to make the experience a little less stressful. I came in with my own financing, so he would only accept a check (which I did not have with me). So, I made two separate trips to local BofA branches to get a cashiers check. The first was already closed (recommended by finance guy). I came back and told him it was closed, he told me to just come back tomorrow; I live 90 minutes away. Luckily, my salesman had another solution and I made a second trip. That said, Jamaal in sales was outstanding and I would certainly encourage anyone to work with him. More

Another Great Experience! A little over three years ago, my son had just graduated college and been commissioned as an officer in the US Army. He needed to travel to Missouri A little over three years ago, my son had just graduated college and been commissioned as an officer in the US Army. He needed to travel to Missouri for additional training, then to his station in Virginia. A local mechanic told my son that his 'well seasoned' 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee was not up for the trip. Brigham Gill, and our salesman Nick Pesiridis were able to put him in a year-old Jeep Compass and found a financing option that worked for this recent college graduate. With that great experience under our belt, I decided that it may be time for me to move on from my 2004 Grand Cherokee. Nick was able to put together leasing options that met my budget for a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. About a month ago, I got a call from Nick. He said he had seen a CarFax report from a recent oil change that indicated I was trending over on the allotted mileage for my lease. Nick was able to put me in another lease with a 2017 Grand Cherokee with an increased mileage allotment. No doubt our family loves our Jeeps, but our experience at Brigham Gill has been excellent, and they will continue to have our business! More

I was having trouble starting my Jeep due to a malfunction I called Brigham-Gill when the key wouldn't turn in the ignition. I spoke with Peter in Service and was able to get the car to your facility. The serv I called Brigham-Gill when the key wouldn't turn in the ignition.
