They couldn't have provided a better discussion and service experience. I've read multi-function key programming can be a challenge even for many Jeep dealers. service dept I called three dealers regarding a recall on my van. I told all of them I would need to wait for the vehicle and that it was my work vehicle. Jason wa I called three dealers regarding a recall on my van. I told all of them I would need to wait for the vehicle and that it was my work vehicle. Jason was the only one to tell me that they might have to order a part and keep the van, and then scheduled a loaner car in case I had to leave it. None of the other dealers said anything about possibly not having the part the day I would bring it in. You have a happy customer! More
