Great response time While drive down the MA Pike the service transmission light went on in my newer 2016 Cherokee and the vehicle would not go over 20 mph. He gave me the roadside assistance number and told me to have it towed in right away and they would be waiting for the vehicle to arrive. This was 1:00pm. I received a call at 4pm that the vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup and covered under warranty. Great Job. More
