Quick and easy.... Dealership did a simple oil and filter change in 45 minutes. Cost was $49.00. Air Bag recall fix. I was greeted before I got the car door open in the service bay area. Was pointed to the Service wait area office. The Service writer was very polite I was greeted before I got the car door open in the service bay area. Was pointed to the Service wait area office. The Service writer was very polite and quickly got the car info into their computer system (my 1st time here with the car). I was told they would get started right away and noted on the repair order I was a "waiter". In less than 1.5 hour the car was completed and brought to the front door of the dealership for me. During the recall the mechanic noticed the brake pedal was low, and the car would need rear brake pads soon. The service writer was excellent keeping me informed of the status of the repair. More
